1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using i-souk.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

isouk is a multi-country classified-ads marketplace. Sellers post listings and buyers contact them directly. isouk is the platform provider — we are not party to any transaction between users.

  • 30-day free trial for new sellers.
  • €5 / month subscription after trial.
  • Buyers browse and contact sellers for free.

3. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • One account per person. Provide accurate information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
  • You may delete your account at any time from Dashboard → Settings.

4. Listing Rules

Prohibited content

  • Illegal goods or services.
  • Counterfeit or stolen items.
  • Weapons, drugs, adult content.
  • Spam, duplicates, or misleading offers.
  • Personal data of third parties without consent.

Accuracy

You warrant that all listing information is accurate, complete, and not misleading. You own or have the right to use any photos you upload.

Admin approval

New listings are reviewed before going live. We may reject, edit, or remove any listing that violates these Terms or applicable law, without prior notice.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

  • Trial — 30 days of free posting for new sellers. No card required.
  • Subscription — €5 / month, recurring, billed via Stripe. You authorize Stripe to charge your payment method until you cancel.
  • Cancellation — cancel any time from Dashboard → Billing. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • Refunds — subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • Price changes — we may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days’ notice. New prices apply to the next billing cycle.

6. Intellectual Property

The isouk name, logo, design, and software are owned by isouk. You retain ownership of the content you upload but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute that content as part of the service.

7. Prohibited Activities

  • Scraping, crawling, or automated access without permission.
  • Reverse-engineering or attacking the platform.
  • Spam, phishing, or fraud against other users.
  • Posting content that violates the rights of others.
  • Impersonating another person or entity.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or applicable law. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it.

9. Limitation of Liability

isouk is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, isouk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or transactions between users. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Madrid courts.
